Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All bids and payments on HighRank.lol are final and strictly non-refundable.
Why Bids Are Non-Refundable
HighRank is an immediate, competitive bidding platform. When a bid is verified:
- Your product instantly claims its ranking spot on the public leaderboard.
- Real-time traffic and exposure begin immediately.
- Other participants make bidding decisions based on current leaderboard standings.
Allowing retroactive refunds would distort the competitive integrity of the platform.
Outbidding Protection
If your listing is outbid by another product, your bid is not lost. You can reclaim your ranking position at any time by paying only the difference.
